I am the creator of the Kri-Ishka, I have always been a seeker of adventure, experience and knowledge; enjoying a healthy enthusiasm for challenges and fun, eventually as time catches up on those long days and burning the candle we shall not take for granted that we cannot be forever young and so wisely we prepare and become more balanced and measured to slow down, ease, reverse and prevent wear and tear; to ensure vitality for as long as possible.   

 

Love of the self allows us to be kind and look after the precious body temple we have been given.   I decided that I wanted to look after my skin and keeping it in good condition with gentle yet powerful herbs, instead of chemicals or pharmaceuticals. 

 

After years of researching natures plant healing gifts and remedies; I blended my customised and special oil for my face, body and hair, and for family and friends;  we all loved it so much that I now wish to share it with all of you and those of similar spiritual awakening and maturity.
