  • Kri-Ishka is the creation of a culmination of two decades of experience and knowledge, a keen interest in the history of natural remedies for wholesome pure living.  My Celtic roots inspire the name; with “Kri” meaning ‘Heart’, and “Ishka” meaning ‘Water’ in Irish (spellings changed to ease pronunciation).
