Original Ishka is recommended for skin over 40years and Light is recommended for young skin; however this depends on the level of moisture required and the time of day of application.
Many of our positive feedback from customers say they like to use the Original at night time and the Light during the day. The Oils are non Greasy and super absorbant whilst offering instant hydration.
Some customers have also claimed that they place a few drops of oil in the bath for an extra special scented recharge and spa soak.
